Extremely responsive customer support with a human touch. Very impressed with how fast they responded to my questions.
I used an iPhone to do TrueDepth scan and the accuracy seemed right. If you start seeing two layers of your soles, make sure you don't move your feet at all during the scan. I ended up taking off my screen protector too as it was a privacy one and I wasn't sure if it was the cause.
Got myself two pairs as it provided a 15% discount automatically!
These took a week to get adjusted to, but by the time the conformed, they were perfect! I have tried many other brands, but they always break down or don't fit quite right, but these made my day and made it so that my feet no longer hurt!
Bought a set of these for my wife. Her feet are an unusual shape and had changed shape again due to some surgeries. I was hopeful that something custom would work out for her.
SprinSole was very responsive to my questions, as I tried to figure out if my expectations were correct. They had me re-scan one of the feet to get a better model, and explained their process and what I should expect and not expect. Every interaction was great: very thorough, personable and reassuring.
I can offer only 2nd hand info on the results, but so far (~1 month along), the results are good. The insoles seem to be helping with fatigue and are comfortable enough to wear all day. They are high quality and are holding up well.
Would recommend!
This is my second experience with custom insoles. The first (from another company) cost $500 and never did much for me. Years later I saw the ad for SprinSole and thought I’d give it another try. I walk about 10k steps/day and feet would be aching by the evening. First day I used the new insoles, no pain! I’ll be buying more.
